About

Ms. Phan Thi Phuong has nearly 10 years of experience in the field of Psychology and Education. She graduated with honors in Social Work and Special Education from Hanoi Pedagogical University. Currently, she is pursuing a master’s program in Clinical Psychology at the National University of Hanoi.

Ms. Phan Thi Phuong specializes in assessing, intervening, and counseling adults, adolescents, and children with mental disorders, especially individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders (intellectual disabilities, developmental delays, autism, speech disorders, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, etc.).

Throughout her years of service, Ms. Phuong has organized and executed numerous projects and programs aimed at raising awareness among family members, parents of children with developmental disorders, about mental health issues in general and developmental disorders in particular. She has conducted many workshops to share knowledge and train parents to become “experts in providing therapeutic interventions for their children.”

Currently, Ms. Phuong is working at the Vinmec Times City Mental Health Care Center as a Special Education Specialist.

  • Evaluate psychological screening tests for developmental issues in children.
  • Assess psychological screening tests for mental health issues in adolescents, teenagers, and adults.
  • Develop individualized education plans and implement interventions for children with developmental disorders such as attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, speech delay, developmental delays, and autism.
  • Provide psychotherapy for adolescents and adults dealing with issues like anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, stress, and PTSD.
  • Offer psychological support and counseling to vulnerable populations (the elderly, children) and individuals with disabilities, connecting them with support resources.
  • Consult on management models, campaigns, and staff training for organizations and businesses in need.
  • Collaborate with therapeutic psychology experts at the Center to form a comprehensive team to optimize mental health care for patients/clients.
