  • Interventional diagnostic imaging:
  • Diagnosis of tumors is ultrasound – guided fine-needle aspiration cytology, and ultrasound-guided large – needle biopsy of tumors.
  • Aspiration sclerotherapy and percutaneous ethanol insection of cystic lesions with alcohol: Thyroid cyst, breast cyst.
  • Aspiration, drainage of outbreaks or abscesses under ultrasound guidance.
