We know that you’re always on the go, so we’re adding the ability to report listing errors from your Flexmls Pro App (iOS & Android). The Flexmls Web version of this page will also receive a visual refresh to make it easier to use and to provide you with a consistent experience on all platforms.

When Will It Change?
This update will be available on June 25, 2020.

Note: If your MLS uses iCheck or Monsoon for error reporting, the changes won’t be available right away on the 25th (for iPhone users only) but it will be coming soon. Please check back here for updates on when it will be released.

Who Does This Benefit?
Everyone! If your MLS allows you to access error-reporting, you will be able to report listing errors from any device, which in turn helps the MLS improve data quality.

What Will Change?
Currently, error reporting is only available on Flexmls Web, if enabled in your MLS. Soon, you will have convenient access to error reporting on the go right from your Flexmls Pro app.

Report Errors from Mobile Devices
To access your new error-reporting tool, start in the Flexmls Pro app (for iOS or Android) or from Flexmls Pro mobile web. On the detail page for a listing, click the More (three dots) menu, then click Report Violation. (Note: This option may have a different name in your MLS, but the function is the same.)

When you click this option, a new Report Violation page will open. To report a listing error or rule violation, enter a description and then click Send. An email will be sent to the recipients that are defined by your MLS.

Before sending a report, you can scroll to the bottom of the page to see who will receive it. Typically, the MLS Administrator can view a version of the report that includes your name. The listing and co-listing agents typically receive the report with your name removed.

Report Errors in Flexmls Web
The update also includes a refreshed Report Violation page in Flexmls Web, making the experience consistent across all platforms. Access this option just like you would on a mobile device. Select a listing on the search results page, click the More (three dots) menu, then click Report Violation. (Note: This option may have a different name in your MLS, but the function is the same.) When you click this option, the same Report Violation page will open.

Why Are We Making These Changes?
Error reporting by members is a key method of ensuring data quality for many MLSs. This change makes the error-reporting process available from anywhere and consistent on all platforms.

No More Squinting! Customize Your Font Size https://flexmls.com/flexmls-academy/product-news/no-more-squinting-customize-your-font-size/ Fri, 20 Apr 2018 06:26:01 +0000 https://flexmls.com/?p=858 Continued]]>

Starting on May 3rd the newest version of Flexmls Pro for iOS will be optimized to work with the larger screen of the iPhone X and will support Dynamic Type for all iPhones running iOS 10 or later, ensuring that you can make the text readable regardless of which version of the iPhone you are using. Better yet, this update will fill the entire screen of the iPhone X allowing iPhone X users to see more content on the screen.

When Will It Change
The newest version of Flexmls Pro for iOS will be available for users on May 3, 2018.

Who Will Be Affected
This version of Flexmls Pro for iOS will be available for all users who use iOS 10 or later on their mobile device.

What Will Change
If your iPhone is running iOS 10 or later, you can use dynamic type to change the font size in Flexmls Pro, allowing to optimize the text for your screen size.

To use dynamic type, go to your phone’s Settings and select General. Then choose the Accessibility option, and select Larger Text. Use the slider at the bottom of the screen to increase the font size in for your apps.

Note: This feature is useful for the iPhone X as the app now fills the entire screen; however, you do not need an iPhone X to take advantage of the larger font size. This update supports the feature on all iPhones running iOS 10 or later. Also note that only the first level of larger font is supported, you do not need to turn on Larger Accessibility Sizes.

Once you increase the font size, areas in the app that display dynamic type will appear larger and more readable, when using large screens.

In addition to supporting dynamic type, the newest update will also display the correct label for FaceID when enabling it in the iPhone X settings.

Why Are We Making These Changes
These changes will provide iPhone X users with a better user experience by allowing them to make full use of the large screen. Additionally, all iPhone users using iOS 10 or above can take advantage of the dynamic type to make the app more readable and user-friendly.
